Open to friendship
You like the idea of living with people you could actually become friends with—not just names on a lease.
A room in a shared home · Las Vegas
We’re creating a relaxed, design-minded home for people who like their own space—and are also open to dinners, game nights, good conversation, and the possibility of real friendship.
Each available room is upstairs in its own wing of the house. Utilities are divided among the residents.
The idea
We think home can be a place where you exhale at the end of the day—and occasionally hear, “We made too much. Want a plate?”
This is for someone who values independence without total isolation. There’s no forced fun and no expectation that everyone does everything together. Just an open door to sharing a meal, making a plan, or becoming friends if the chemistry is there.
You might feel at home here if…
You like the idea of living with people you could actually become friends with—not just names on a lease.
You communicate directly, respect shared spaces, and can laugh when life gets a little imperfect.
A house dinner, game night, or spontaneous comedy show sounds fun—even if everyone also needs their own downtime.
You’re comfortable sharing a home with a friendly dog and understand that a little dog hair is part of the deal.
Compatibility here means shared expectations and considerate behavior. Housing decisions will be made using consistent, lawful criteria—not protected personal characteristics.
The canvas
The home has been shaped by professional interior designers around the experience we hope to create: comfortable places to cross paths, gather, and build community—plus enough distinct spaces that nobody has to retreat to their bedroom just to get a little breathing room.
At roughly 4,850 square feet, the house has multiple living areas, a loft, fireplaces, and quieter corners. The available rooms are together upstairs in their own wing, offering some separation when you want it with the shared life of the house nearby.
Amenities
Exact location and complete property details are shared privately with prospective renters after an initial conversation.
Shared spaces
Places to gather, spread out, or find a change of scenery beyond your bedroom.
Bedrooms + shared bath
Three available bedrooms in the upstairs wing, plus the Jack-and-Jill bathroom they share.
Property photography from the home’s prior real-estate listing, used with permission.
Your future housemates
We’re engaged, recently back from Hawaii, and building a life in Las Vegas. We moved to be closer to the interior design business, 1584design.com ↗.
Ben trains jiu-jitsu, Dakota climbs, and we both love comedy. We’re hoping to share the house with someone who values both good company and room to do their own thing.

The third housemate
Big personality. Serious fetch consultant. Very much part of life here.
The next step
Tell us a little about yourself. This isn’t about perfect answers—it’s a quick way to see whether the home and the humans in it might feel like a good fit.
$900/month · $900 refundable security deposit · Starlink included · other utilities shared · available mid-August.We’ll ask about what you enjoy, your experience living with roommates, and what you hope to find in your next home. Your answers go directly to a private response sheet reviewed by Ben and Dakota.
